What are the payment options?

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Cards. Payment is authorized at time of purchase and captured once your order has been shipped.

PayPal

When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to log in and review before clicking "Pay Now". Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to horusstraps.com. Please make sure your address in PayPal is up to date.

Can I make changes to my order?

Of course! Simply email us your order number along with the new color you'd like, and we'll do our best to make the change before your order ships out from our warehouse.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, we can make changes as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes. While we’re based in the United States, we offer worldwide shipping.

Please note that import taxes and duties may apply for deliveries outside of U.S. territories. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

For more details on potential fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office. Horus Watch Straps is not responsible for any customs charges or delays that may occur.

When will you restock?

Please sign up for email notifications and/or text messages to be notified of any restocks or new product launches.

Do you offer lifetime warranty?

Yes.

We offer lifetime warranty for all our Rubber Straps Sport Line and FKM Rubber Straps Luxury Line, effective from the date of purchase. Please note that this warranty excludes damages arising from misuse, accidents, or intentional harm to the product.

There is a shipping cost associated with replacements for our straps sent under warranty: $15 for domestic USA orders and $25 for international orders.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders may take up to 2 business days to process before shipping.

For domestic orders (North America), we ship via UPS:

Standard Shipping (UPS 3-7 Business Days) $8

FASTER Shipping (UPS 2 Business Days) $15

Overnight Shipping (UPS Next Business Day - Order by 2:00 pm ET) $45

If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, we only offer standard shipping by USPS.

For international orders (rest of the world), we ship via UPS, and shipping rates vary depending on the destination country. On average, shipping costs range between $20 and $55. Please note that rates may fluctuate based on location, so we recommend contacting our customer support team for an exact shipping quote to your country.

As part of an ongoing promotion, we sometimes offer free UPS worldwide shipping on all orders. However, please note that certain countries may be excluded from this promotion. We encourage you to contact our customer service team to inquire about shipping rates to your specific location.

Duties & Taxes for international orders are NOT included.

What if my package has been lost or stolen?

If your order has been marked as delivered, but cannot be located, please contact our customer service team via email at customerservice@horusstraps.com for assistance.

Policy for orders returned due to unpaid duties & taxes

At HORUS WATCH STRAPS, we strive to provide excellent service to our valued customers. However, in cases where orders are returned to us due to unpaid duties and taxes by the customer, we have formulated the following policy:

  1. Responsibility for Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred upon the importation of goods. Failure to pay these charges may result in the return of the order to us.
  2. Restocking Fee: In the event that an order is returned to us due to unpaid duties and taxes, we will issue a refund to the customer for the total value of the order, minus a restocking fee. The restocking fee will amount to 25% of the total value of the order.
  3. Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned order, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment used during the purchase.
  4. Notification: Customers will be notified via email regarding the return of their order due to unpaid duties and taxes, along with details regarding the refund process and the deduction of the restocking fee.
  5. Additional Charges: Please note that any additional charges incurred by HORUS WATCH STRAPS as a result of the return, such as return shipping fees or customs charges, may also be deducted from the refund amount.
  6. Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances, such as errors on our part or issues with the shipment, we will review each case individually and may waive the restocking fee at our discretion.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

You can return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Domestic USA Returns

To initiate your return, kindly utilize the prepaid return label provided by HORUS. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for returns sent via alternative carriers. We strongly advise using the provided prepaid return label for a smoother process.

International Returns

For international returns, please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels. Consequently, all expenses related to the return shipment must be borne by the customer. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Should you require further assistance regarding international returns, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

Your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date of reception of your item by the HORUS team, provided that the item is in unworn condition with all original packaging.
